PC Specs:
i5 7600K (not overclocked)
RX480 Nitro+ 8GB
8GB HyperX 2400MHz RAM
Asrock BS250M Pro4
Samsung 840 Evo SSD 128GB (also an HDD which was removed and changed almost nothing, and had 90% of the computer’s information excluding the OS)
550W Corsair PSU (have tried a couple different ones)

Recently, my computer started to play up with occasional BSOD errors like: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER

It also said, underneath, what failed:
iaStorA.sys
intelppm.sys
USBXHCI.sys
storport.sys

Everytime, in the dump files, it said ntoskrnl.exe.

I also ran a memtest 20+hrs in total and 14 passes, with 0 errors. I changed the DDR4 RAM with a different set of 8GB, and the same error occurred.

I reset/reinstalled Windows multiple times and the error still occurred in the same form, even after formatting both drives. I wiped my hard drive and my solid state drive more than 5 times.

Any help would be appreciated.

NTOSKRNL = windows kernel. It handles all driver requests, power management, and memory management. It sits between Hardware and Applications. It got blamed but its not the cause
All of the files you mentioned except the Intel one are parts of windows.

What motherboard do you have?

Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

Thank you for the reply, the motherboard is an Asrock BS250M Pro4 and a link to my minidump files is here https://drive.google.com/open?id=1hsUxhOmlZaQmvN--WLZrTq8KtquNAJa4 (I also updated my original post with this information).

Thank you for the replies/answers so far. I have downloaded the drivers and apps onto a USB.
When I started the PC to try and install the drivers and software the PC couldn't stay on for more than 5-10 seconds after login before having a blue screen.
I deleted partitions/reformatted and reinstalled Windows onto SSD only, with the HDD disconnected. The only problem now is the PC cannot finish the install without getting a blue screen.
I have ordered a new HDD and will attempt to install windows onto that and then install the drivers and software.
