Computer build advice or suggestions?

I want to build a new computer build, since my macbook air is not able to run some applications. So far I'm thinking of using it for gaming, however I want to put an i7-3770 in it in case I need to use it for something else. So far here is what I am thinking of buying

GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H Intel 7 Series Motherboard
Intel Core i7-3770 3.40 GHz Quad Core Processor
2 Corsair CMX4GX3M1A1333C9 XMS3 4GB DDR3 RAM
DiabloTek PHD650 ATX Power Supply - 650W, 140mm Fan, 20+4 Pin
Thermaltake V3 Black Edition Mid Tower Case - ATX, Micro ATX, 120mm LED Fan

Can anyone give me some suggestions on this config

second, what is your budget

third, i can almost guarantee a explosion from diablotek units

I mostly am going to use it for adobe creative suite, like premiere pro, photoshop, after effects...and maybe gaming too.
I'm thinking of a budget of $750. I probably can salvage a hard drive from a laptop i bought in 2007, however I'm not sure if it is SATA.

this is the build with a i7 3770. no GPU since intergrated should be good enough for COD

this is the build with a amd piledriver fx 8320. good for work but not so good for games. this system will game though since it has a ok GPU
