Computer Build Assistance

I have been trying to come up with a computer build and it is turning out to be pretty complicated trying to find the perfect parts. I was hoping someone could point out the good and bad of this build and maybe recommend changes for parts that are not a good fit. I would like to keep the price between $500 and $700. Thank you.

Thanks! Besides the +50 wattage and +5% efficiency, does anything else make that PSU better?
