I have parts picked out for my computer and I was wondering if it will be good for gaming.

Price: 643.76

Tell me if I should change anything but my budget is 650-700.I noticed my motherboard doesn't support PCI-E 3.0 and my gpu does will this effect anything? Also I will want to over click my CPU will it be okay on this board.

Solution
PCI-E 3.0 cards work in 2.0 slots with a minimum of performance loss. (Concensus is about 3% I think? And only on higher resolutions or something)
Everything fits together and the wattage is sufficient.
Your CPU is in the recommended for its price range, but other than that I know dick about AMD, so I won't comment.
Since I don't know AMD I can't tell you about OCing on that board (although this guy can http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2049830/overclocking-8320-asus-m5a97.html)

212 was the cookie cutter cooler for a long time (and for good reasons), but you may want to read through this
