Wait a few weeks before buying the graphics card .
The 980ti is now completely outclassed by new cards from nvidia and even AMD's midrange Polaris cards might be as powerful , use less power and cost hundreds less . They arrive in a few weeks .

You do not need the extra case fans. Spend that money on a bigger SSD . 256 Gig minimum IMO

And get a measuring tape. Do you really need a case that big? Does it even fit under your desk?
