My friend is looking to build a cheap gaming computer for about 400 bucks, I'm not sure if its possible to make a good one with that much but this is the only place I could think to ask. He wants to play games that are coming out next year such as dark souls 3 fallout 4 and bloodborn with 30-40 fps and medium-high graphics. the moniter will be 1024x768 I believe.
