Computer Build Need Help

I already built my computer two years ago and now thinking of build another computer. I dont know the specs of the computer parts so I need help with building a more better version from my old computer. I am intended to spend at least 400$ for the pc but no more than 500$. This was my build:

Now I just want to upgrade better version of motherboard, graphic board and processor. Can you help me find a compatible build.

Your PSU is extremely weak. You need to upgrade that ASAP.
