Hi, just wanted to double triple check that all of this would fit. Mainly the CPU Cooler clearance over the RAM.

Motherboard is very poor quality , no heatsinks on the VRM's.

Get low profile ram so it doesn't interfere with cooler.

Yeah the motherboard isn't the best but my friends on a tight budget, any recommendation for low profile RAM? If not is the CPU cooler going to be a problem?

You may potentially have an issue with the cooler and the tall heat spreaders on the RAM and how you orient the cooler. The RAM slots are pretty close to the socket. It may be OK if your only going to use two sticks and don't mind your first RAM slot being covered. Best option might be to just get a cooler like the Cryorig H7 which is designed for better clearance. I'm also not a fan of cheap Corsair PSU's. I think you could do better:
