Computer build still viable?

Hey, I was just wondering if this PC was still strong enough to run new games at 1080p or 4k at 60fps, and video/photo editing:

Intel i7-4770 3.4Ghz (4 cores/8 threads)
16 GB Kingston Hyper X beast 2133Mhz
Gigabyte Z87 G1 Sniper 5
Coolermaster water cooler
EVGA GTX 780 3GB
Crucial M500 500GB SSD (Primary)
Seagate 500 GB HDD (secondary)
Corsair Carbide Air 540 ATX Case
Corsair RM1000 ATX PSU (1000 Watt/ full modular)

yeah definitely. just try upgrading to a better psu, it doesnt have to have more watts. matter of fact you should get like a 750 powersupply max! but yes thats gonna run games at 1080p 60 fps, and should do well for video/photo editing.
