Computer cannot connect to the internet even though my internet is working...

My computer cannot connect to our wireless internet, even though I know our internet works because my family's computers and my phone connects just fine. whenever I try to connect to a network it says "unidentified network no network accesses" I've turned firewall off but it's still the same, I go to school online so I really need to be connected soon. Can anyone help?

open command prompt, run the following command and post the results

ipconfig /all

Alright I did that and I got a lot of information, but there's a promblem... I'm on my phone and since I cannot go online on the laptop I don't know how to transfer it to the phone so I can paste it here?

several ways to do it.
you could connect with a cable temporarily.
you could take a picture with your phone, assuming it has a camera.
you could save the output to a txt file, save txt file to flash drive. plug in flash drive into another computer.
