Computer can't read SD Memory Card

I have a 2.0 gb Memory Stick Pro Duo. My home computer reads the data fine. I am trying to download photos to a relative's Gateway W7 desktop and cannot do so with the Memory Stick Duo Adaptor, a USB 2.0 Mini Card Reader or with the cable that connects directly to my Sony Cybershot camera. I get the same message "No photos or videos were found on this device." The photos are still there when I reinsert the card in the camera to view them.

I had a similar problem with my Sony Camera and card. I was able to get the pictures by inserting the card into my printer and pulling them off through that. If you have a printer (mine is an HP) with a card port, give it a try.
