Computer can't recognize 5GHz connection after SSD installation

After I installed an SSD and put my main OS onto it, I found out I couldn't connect to my 5GHz connection anymore.

My computer supports the radio types:
802.11n 802.11g 802.11b 802.11ac 802.11n 802.11a.

I use a D-Link DWA-192 AC1900 to connect to my router, which is a TrendNet AC1900.

Despite having the capability to, and having all my drives fully updated, my computer can't find it. Other computers in the house can, including phones. Any idea what to do? Thanks!

Yep. I can't find anything newer for the Wifi card or for any other component on my computer at the moment.
