Computer can't run Warframe on 60 FPS

I couldn't run Warframe on 60 FPS even at the lowest settings at a resolution of 1600x900 even when GameDebate states that I could run the game in high settings. I have already updated all of my graphic drivers. Are there any tips to improve my gaming experience?

CPU: Quad Core AMD FX-770k
GPU: Radeon R9 255
RAM: 8GB

Its cpu heavy...so i think your cpu will struggle. Its very weak.

Thank you for your reply. Didn't know that Warframe was a CPU heavy game. Guess I can't do anything about my system.

From what I gather from forums (quick reading) people will high end systems drop to 20fps at times.

What is your cpu usage while playing? This can be seen in task manager.
