computer case - confused (it has liquid cooling)

does this computer case come already equipped with the liquid cooling?
Yes it is a liquid cooling system.

and if it does does it support intel c2d extreme?
Yes, 4 in 1 universal waterblock: All copper base with blue LED, and universal clips 775 LGA

i'm also trying to get water cooling for 2 8800s gtx that will be running in sli
You can add waterblocks on your 8800gtx. Right now there arnt many waterblocks for 8800gtx out there. Runing your c2d extreme and 2x 8800gtx with this liquid cooling system might not be worth it. Beacause these 3 combined will disapate a lot of heat in which the liquid system might not cool your components very well. It would be best if you ran only the cpu with this liquid system.

Here is a post about 8800gtx temperatures. Scrool down and read my post. When i first installed these two 8800gtx my temps were 65-68C idle and load 75-78C. I did some things to improve the temperature readings and now iam running them at 50C idle and 56C load. These card are very hot when they run at idle or with load.

You might want to check out the Kandalf LCS case from thermal take.

It has a much better LCS in it and it's cheaper.

The things the Tai Chi's has over the Kandalf are wheels, a set of handles, and the pneumatic side door. Could be enough to make you want to keep the Tai Chi.
