My case is-http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B01BTNT4UI/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza

I have 1 fan installed on the Front which is intaking Air.
1 Fan at the Back is blowing out Air.
So in the Side Panel i am confused that should i Intake or Blown out Air ?
I am using a Micro ATX Motherboard so my Graphics Card is fitted much higher than the side fan !
So i am really Confused what should i do with the Side Fan !
I dont care about the CPU cooling , but i am worried about the GPU Cooling !
So what do i do Air IN or OUT ???

Solution
The second fan should also take in air, This creates positive pressure and helps keep dust out. It is slightly less efficient than having it draw air out, however the anti-dust benefits are very nice and its not a huge difference.

It won't damage the hardware but as it builds up it can cause excess heat. All the more reason to use the second fan as an intake as well.
