Computer Case screw won't unscrew

I have a Deepcool Kendomen ATX Mid Tower Red computer case. I've had this problem for about 2 months, now I've decided I wanted to get a hard drive ugprade but this is preventing me from doing that. Thankfully it's only 1 screw but it just keeps unscrewing but won't actually come out and nothing ends up happening... Sorry I am really new to all this, I've had this computer pre-built.

That's more of a question for car mechanic. The threads are probably stripped, try pulling up on the cover or insert some plastic piece to put the pressure on screw ad try like that. If it won't work you may have to drill the head of the screw off.
