case shocks me untill i unplug the psu from the motherboard and cpu power slots

already did that it only stopped shocking after i unplugged the cord that went the motherboard and the cpu power

Try plugging the system in on another power circuit/breaker (different room). There may be an issue with the ground/neutral on the circuit/outlet you're on.

ok this worked i just hope the computer isint fryed ok it still works
