I can't say all, but I haven't seen one that doesn't.

A case manufacturer who didn't supply the necessary cables I think would find himself quite short of customers.

Buy from a reputable brand (Coolermaster, corsair, nzxt, zalman, fractal design etc.) and you can be guaranteed you'll get the headers.

I would double check what audio headers are offered on your case pick. Some older models have only AC/97, some newer have HD Audio, and some have both. Double check that info with your motherboard specs to see what FP Audio connections are offered on your MOBO.~~ Suferbus
