computer chasis high electric shock

-Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Ultra Gaming Socket
-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 G1 Gaming 8GB GDDR5X
-Cooler Master Cosmos II Full Tower Desktop Case
-corsair CX750M — 750 Watt



i tried direct plug
when i turned psu off but computer is pluged chasis still give the same high electricity

Most probably combination of 2 things, bad PSU and bad ground/earthing..
