Hi all, im planning a build with an ATX MB. i have thought about getting the Tt Core x9 as the chassis but i want to be open to other options as i like the customizable option. i have thought about the corsair 900d and the CM haf stacker.

any help peeps

Actually, Between those three you just listed, i would go with the Core X9 aswell, its a nice case tbh. In the end tho it all comes down to the components and cooling you want to install in the case, can you provide us with more information to help provide suggestions?

- components -

motherboard - asus maxumus vii formula
cpu - 1790k
gpu - gtx980 dual
psu - corsair ax1500i or Tt toughpower 1450w (havent decided)
HDD - (game storage) WD 4TB black (undecided on quantity)
HDD - (Etc Storage) WD 6TB Green( undecided on quantity)
SSD - Asus ROG Raidr for OS and other important/critical software
CPU cooler - H100i or H105i (havent decided)

what i want to do eventually is to dual chassis the core x9's and create a complete WC loop using the top one as the main holding cell for res and rads, the bottom will hold all HDD etc plus i want to integrate a seperate of HDD's for ultimate storage. i know i wont nee the whole lot of 1500W but its there incase of anything in future

i was looking at the Lian Li PC-0666 double chassis as a home server and gaming PC hence why the large PSU, its either that or a 3rd core x9 as the server, havent decided yet

id like all that storage for 3 reasons, i want to start up shadow play with gaming, i like my movies and series and i want to be able to use it as a base for backups for all household PC's
