Computer clock synchronization failures

Computer clock moves 2 hours ahead almost every weekend. I changed it back to correct time but it is consistent in moving ahead 2 hours each week. Dell Service is not the most reliable as they find the easiest way as solution but not the best and most effective way to resolve problem.
 

Do you have date/time synchronization turned on ?

Thank you for responding! I just checked (didn't even know that synchronization was a feature) and it was turned on - I don't know what internet time server is ... much less know how to change it. Is it a default feature? Should I have it on? I had Dell do system restores (due to virus problems-I have anti-virus programs installed too) three times as there were different ensuing problems after each system restore.
