Question Computer completely freezed then crashed with blank green screen with no message and now starting with black screen only with 2 small lines

Computer completely freezed when playing games/browsing etc then crashed with blank green screen and then when I hard reset with power button now starting with black screen and 2 weird lines on left n right very small I can send picture of required

After I reinstall windows the computer works again for some hours then I start game or watching video same problem happens again please help 😭😭😭 how to fix this 🙏

Nzxt used power supply don't know model 700watt+ I bought it used 3 years ago
Asus motherboard b450 something I don't know exact name forgot
1tb HDD and 128ssd adata both showed 100 💯 health In the software sentinel
