The only thing that I see out of place is the RAM. From the Specs on Asus' website, the SaberTooth only supports DDR3 1866/1600/1333 MHz RAM. So the G Skill Trident 2400 Mhz RAM will work but will most likely only be able to run at 1600 or 1866 MHz.

What is your budget and what is the purpose of this build? You have a lot of good parts but I think you can rearrange some things and get some better performance.

For example, if you are simply using this build for gaming, you can keep the 4770k but the 4670k has pretty much the same performance and it's a $100 less. I'd start with 8GB of RAM and upgrade later if necessary. Do you really need 4TB HDD? I've had good luck with Seagate, but they evidently have higher failure rates than Western Digital and Hitatchi. Unless you need all the features that come with the Sabertooth, you could get a much cheaper motherboard that has the same overclocking abilities as it (like for 140 bucks). All of that saving there can get you a better GPU (like a 770 GTX) and an SSD. I feel like you have a high budget and if that's the case, your build should come with an SSD. It really is something that should be included in every computer build.

Oh. Well than, ignore what I said. You have a large enough budget to do whatever you want.

Here's what I think you should start with:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($319.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($195.99 @ Amazon)

Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($139.99 @ Amazon)

So I left a little room in your budget for case, CPU cooler, DVD drive and other peripherals. The default RAM speed is 1600 for the VI Hero. However, I placed 1866 MHz in the build in case you want to OC the RAM a little. OC RAM will yield little improvements (none in gaming). Samsugn EVO 250GB SSD for OS and games. Leave the HDD unplugged when installing the OS. EVGA 780, destroy all games. Corsair PSU Semi-Modular PSU. Solid and High quality. Enough watts for 780 SLI down the road.

I don't pick cases. I also left off the CPU cooler because you have the budget for a good CPU cooler. You can keep the 212 EVO, it's solid. However if you want a Corsair H100i cooler for you CPU, you have enough room in your budget. But make sure you have a case it will fit in. Speakers, yeah you can pick those.

Same situation as last time. Pick a case and a cooler. If you go for a water cooled unit for your CPU, make sure the case is big enough for it. W8.1 retail is $98. DVD and speakers are your choice.

Destroy all games.
