Computer connectivity problems

I am connected direcly to my modem via wireless and ethernet but I have limited access . All other devices on network connect

You may have a Static IP set on your device

On problem device, open a command prompt and type ipconfig and paste the results

on a device that is working, do the same thing and paste the results.
