Computer connects slow to internet on normal boot, but immediately in safe boot.

Why is this? I cant seem to troubleshoot this.

In safe mode it doesn't boot everything up that it usually does so it connects to the internet faster.

well the computer takes 2-3 full minutes to get connected and thats why I'm here. I want to figure out how to fix this
