Hello, I have been having this issue for the past 2 days. I start my computer up and it starts making a beeping sound (around 32 beeps) and then goes off and restarts. The only way of stopping it is by plugging it out. I have tried removing the battery and putting it back in and I have tried taking out the ram and reinserting them.

A few days before this happened it randomly went on and off for a second, i didn't think much of it at the time though. I have also received the blue screen of death sometimes. Just before the issue started I had turned my computer on and it started up normally but then I got the blue screen again and my computer shutdown. When I started it back up the issue started.

Please help me, this is very irritating. 🙁

Do you have any known good sticks or RAM available? I would also suggest try the RAM one stick at a time and see if it boots. The memory being seated wrong may have also damage the motherboard so at this point we need to confirm which piece of hardware has an issue.

When I removed the battery from the computer and reinserted it It came up with a bios menu but since I didn't know what to pick I searched up what to pick since I didn't wanna mess anything up. Before I did anything my keyboard and mouse stopped responding so I tried restarting the computer and it happened again.

UPDATE: Ok so I found out my ram wasn't seated properly in the slot so I pushed it into the slot. My computer had finally turned on properly and came up fine. I plugged in my ethernet cable and looked back at my computer to see a yellow error message on the screen. Then my computer restarted and got stuck in a loading screen. So i shutdown my computer for 5 minutes then when I turned it on again it came up with a new beep it was 3 beeps and a long one then. I heard this was a Conventional/Extended memory failure. I tried switching my rams again and still nothing (both installed correctly)

any help would be appreciated. Thanks
