Question Computer constantly shutting off

Hello, I have a custom PC that I just transferred over to my girlfriends place and it’s constantly shutting off, minutes after turning on or it just turns on and instantly restarts over and over. All the fans are working normal but I’m not sure how to diagnose the problem. It slid toward at one point when I had to slam on my breaks so I’m worried it’s damaged. Thank you.
