My custom computer, froze and would no longer turn on. I took it to a shop and they said the motherboard is what was messing up. I messaged asus and sent in my motherboard. Asus told me nothing was wrong with the motherboard, and returned it. I put the whole computer back together, and it turned on.

I now have a notice that says I need to reactivate windows, because windows believes it is installed illegally now. When I checked into it, it also says that this notification might pop-up if I have replaced the motherboard. (I need to call microsoft about that)

I tried to run Saints Row 4, and the game keeps freezing, every 10 seconds approx, and then continuing. I lowered the settings and it had no affect on the game. Other games seem to be running slower, but not to this extent.

I then checked and everything seems to be running fine.

Should I send in my computer again?

Solution
From what you said, if the PC frozen during the games, the problem maybe from the heat ( cpu or GPU), or the drivers, or PSU, or even the game too.

Also may go to windows even log to see there is any error or not. https://www.howtogeek.com/123646/htg-explains-what-the-windows-event-viewer-is-and-how-you-can-use-it/
