Question Computer continuously freezing no matter what I do

I have built this computer and there has always been an issue. I replaced parts got another stick of ram, and got a gpu still freezing. New power supply as well didn’t help. I think it may be a software issue but so far theres no luck. Just got a new ssd today and still nothing. Please help me i dont want to keep wasting money if it isnt going to help.

yes and the ssd is completely new put it in today

update the bios? test with the rx 570 out and use the igpu?

Ive updated and tested multiple times still freezing and crashing

or ran any memory test?

check cpu temp?
