Computer continuously restarts/hard freezes!

So for the past several months my PC just randomly reboots from nowhere or will hard freeze. My PC isn't overheating either, ive checked numerous times. When it hard freezes occasionally it will give me a super fast staticy sound that's super loud. That just may be due to sound coming through while freezing. I've gone to my event viewer and all I can see is DCOM sources in the "error" area. It does only restart once Im gaming it seems though which is weird because its not overheating.

With a hard crash like that it sounds like some form of hardware issue instead of software. Just to make sure windows isn't reporting anything could you try WhoCrashed the next time you get something like this?

I will certainly do that! Is this some type of program I have to download or something I head to once I crash and then it analyses it?
PS- I wasn't sure where to put this category wise due to not knowing the exact problem. Thanks for the reply!

No problem man, glad to (try and) help! WhoCrashed is a program you download. It does just read dump files, but sometimes it finds something hidden or turns something basically unreadable into an obvious answer. It might give a first clue on what's up.
