Computer cooling solutions?

I've currently been experiencing myou computer overheating, it has not done this before in the last year.

My current build is a FX 8320 on an Asus M5A99X Evo R2, stock cooler on the CPU. GPU is an Asus 760 GTX. Power Master 600W. 2 1TB HDD. Zalman Z11 ATX case.

I've looked at the Noctua NH-D14 and the CM 212, my price range is around $100 for a new cooler. Would either of these work or maybe better ones recommended?

Cooler master hyper 212 evo works perfect for my processor. Price only 35 bucks.

currently 20 bucks after rebate at newegg - if you aren't overclocking your CPU you don't need anything better than the CM 212
