Computer Cpu 0% Usage

So Hello I have a big problem so my laptop broke last month i got repaired motherboard it was new but then so problem pop out my laptop star freezing and cpu usage is on 0-2% and BSOD (blue screen of dead) start poping out error called video sheduler internal error how can i fix it? My Laptop Spec. Windows 10 64bit Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz 2.30 GHz. Ram 6.00GB (5.89GB Usable). Graphic Card Nvidia Geforce 740m. Please answer me and help thanks you

Then you should return it to the repair shop and ask them to do the repair properly this time.
