Computer Crash Blue Screen

I have a PC for 2 years now.

After about 1-2 months of buying the PC. I would get the Blue Screen Error at random times. For example twice a day or once a week. It was really really random.

Sometimes I would get about 6-7 errors a day. Last time (today) it did not even showed a blue screen it just freezed.

My computer specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i7 2600k
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68X-UD3P-B3
Graphics Card: AMD RADEON HD6970
RAM: Corsair DDR3 8GB (2x4)Kit 1600MHz Vengeance
Power: Corsair 650W

It has Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
I have already updated my BIOS so problem was not solved,

I had also given my RAM for checking if there was a problem with that. But they did not spot anything...

So what could the problem be?
