Computer crash causes my internet to go down untill restart of said PC

Hello all
I have a computer i host Plex media server on, and sometimes when i go to bed or randomly during the day.. mostly during night time though... it crashes or something ... My screen turns black and wont turn on untill i hard reset the pc on the button and then reboot it. Once i do this the ethernet internet goes on for everyone else in the house since it shows the little yellow triangle warning when this specific pc crashes..... There is no viruses or malwares on it so i can rule that out. It is no blue screens. The LED lights are still on so i am asuming it is just freezing some how and taking the network down with it.

Any ideas? Would love some help

Check if the sleep/hibernate modes are turning stuff off but not back on. Try going into your power saving settings and set for Max Performance so it disables those modes. See if that helps.
