Hi, so i built my new computer today.
specs
--------------------------
msi z370 pc pro (motherboard)
carbide 400C (case)
i7 8700k (intel coffee lake cpu)
gtx 1070 (evga gpu)
2x8Gb vengeance LPX ddr4 ram
I bread boarded before building everything was fine
Finished building the pc.
Used the hard drives from my old computer with windows 10 pre installed on an ssd.
Booted up and everything ran fine. Played some video games on steam for a couple hours. Went for a shower and the computer had blue screened when i came back. I wrote down the error code to google it once i rebooted.
ndis.sys System_Service_Exception
Tried booting up again and before windows could open chrome it crashed again, this time the screen just froze.
I booted up again and was met with a different windows blue screen error code. (not the ndis.sys) I did not write this down.
I then rebooted and went into bios to make everything was okay in there.
Bios worked fine, just before exiting bios it crashed INSIDE bios. I did not do anything but navigate through bios. I did not press update or save it just crashed.
Here is when i actually start worrying.
I tried booting the computer again and now it wont go past post bios. The monitor wont turn on but all the lights and fans are running.
I tried taking the battery out the motherboard and putting it back in but that did not work.
I am hoping that the motherboard is not bricked as this is the second motherboard i bought for this build. (the last one had a an unrelated problem).
Any help would be much appreciated. All my coursework is on that PC and the deadline is in 12 days...
Will donate £20 in litecoin/etherium if someone can help me fix this before the end of the week
