Computer crash with a pink or green screen

Hi guys,lately i am having problems with my computer,randomly when i am using my computer sometimes just using google or playing games i get a computer crash with a pink or green screen,when playing games i can still hear the sound perfect in the background,i have had the computer for around 6 months and had no problems,this problem has been going on for around 1 month now and i cant figure out why,my system is

Motherboard =GA-X58A-UD3R
Ram=GeIL 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz VALUE PLUS Triple Channel(just have them a week)
Psu=650watt
Grapics card=gtx 280
Hdd=1tb
OS=win 7 64bit

Some questions for you:

Did you get your computer or any parts of it used?

Can you be more specific on the Power Supply? e.g., Make? Model? What is the amperage across the 12v rails?

Have you tried using driver sweeper to remove all video drivers and then reinstall the latest stable drivers?
