Computer crashed, image is tearing

So out of nowhere, my screen just went black, and i tried to restart. When it turned on i got this image tearing on the screen. Sometimes i am lucky that i can restart without any probs. Also if i open games the computer crashes, and the image is all fuckt up again. I figure it has something to do with the graphic card. Also the resolution is stuck - see image, also check the other images out, for at better understanding of the problem.

That's not screen tearing. That is overheated/broken graphics card. Replace it.
