Hello All
As the title states my computer suddenly won't boot up.
Was just on Discord and YouTube, which is my norm for the afternoon/evening. Not had any problems recently, when suddenly the computer freezes up, after 5min or so I do a Hard Reset.
This leads to 'Preparing Recovery' which then goes to the screen below.

Now I can open up the BIOS...but honestly I haven't got a clue what I'm even looking at, let alone what I could try to sort it out.

any help is much appreciated.
Also wanted to note my main monitor also won't connect via the HDMI, but this little TV I use as a second screen via the AVI works.
