Question Computer crashed when playing dota 2 and now red dotted lines on screen.

So I boot up Dota and it crashes mid game. Reset my PC and now its doing this. Turned it back off for an hour and it was fine. Played a few other games and fine. Tried Dotes again and back to this screen and computet not functional.

Is this a graphics card issue?

gpu is faulty, time to replace it, if its still under warranty, RMA it
if its not under warranty, u can try reducing gpu ram clock (msi afterburner)
