I didnt know what i should label this thread so sorry if it shouldnt be in components.

Anyway, last night i thought i had found the reason that all my games were crashing: bios version. So i update my bios, restart the pc, and it instantly crashes. It restarts again and it crashes again. I got into automatic repair so i could try to use system restore, and it crashed in automatic repair. Ive tried moving the cmos pins (or whatever theyre called) but i have not touched the cmos battery as it is under my gpu and for some reason my gpu wont come out.
My drives arent the issue because i unplugged one at a time to see if they were causing my issue. Ive tried creating a boot drive but my pc crashes before i can do anything.

Any suggestions? Should i replace my motherboard?

make sure you installed the right bios file for the mb. some mb there may be more then one rev of the mb and if you put the rev one bios on a rev 2.0 mb it may not work. if the bios file was the right one then in the bios click on factory reset of the bios. after the reset check your ram speed. if it not set right turn on xmp profile. in the sata section make sure it set to achi mode not ide or raid. if windows errors out try changing the sata to ide see if it was set wrong when you installed windows.

did u manage to fix it? I'm having same issue after I did bios update
