Computer Crashes All the Time

My computer has been crashing every now and then for months now, and I think its time that I look for an answer to why this is happening. It crashes randomly, sometimes a lot in a day and sometimes no crashes a day. The two main things I do on my PC are just browse the web and play cs:go. It crashes without games open just browsing the web. It also crashes when I'm in cs:go, but never when I'm actually playing; just while I'm in a lobby or at the main menu. I've also formatted my HDD and reinstalled windows a few times for other reasons, and the problem does still occur.

Is it blue screen? Have you checked you HDD health? Have you ran a MEM test? Have you checked the event viewer following a crash?

Not blue screen; it's different colors and patterns every time. No I haven't tried either of those
