Computer crashes and shows plain colour blue screen

My computer previously crashed many times and ends up with a flat plain colour of a dim blue. This makes me hold the power down button to boot the pc again. Before I had this problem it lead to the computer not displaying anything on the monitor so I took the GPU, RAM and CMOS battery out cleaned what needed to be cleaned and put it back in and it worked until today I started to crash again. All drivers are up to date.

Update.. I fixed the problem by taking out all my computer parts apart from cpu. I took out the gpu ram cmos battery and the psu. Today it happend again and it happend when I was playing dota2, my screen started to flicker then I tabbed out and ended the dota2 process and my computer was fine for 5mins until I lunched dota2 again where it crashed my computer. Now all my comp7ter does is restart also I had led lights and disabled them thinking it was drawing too much power from the psu. Pl3ase help me guys ty !
