Computer crashes every 10-20 minutes what should I do?

My computer crashes every 10-20 minutes I know its a software thing because I went in safe mode and it didn't crash but I don't know what I should do because I don't know what's causing the problem. What should I do? This is my computer build I don't think its of any help though http://pcpartpicker.com/b/QAY

Run checkdisk

Run anti virus

Re-install windows

Download and run HWINFo - Sensors and post results - in case it is a hardware problem eg cpu overheating

Check the video card drivers.
Try reseating the RAM.
Also try running the computer without the video card installed and see if it still crashes.

Also a possibility, but not as likely:
Check your motherboard drivers to make sure they are up to date.
Check to see if your BIOS is up to date.
