Computer crashes everytime I try to launch a game

My computer crashes everytime I try launching Piercing Blow, a fps game. It crashes and a blue screen pops up. There is a picture below of what happens when it crashes. Im running Windows 10.

Might be a software conflict. What have you all got running at startup? What starts in the background? Check task manager/start up.

Nope There is nothing else running when I try to launch that game

Ok ill use that and see if it changes anything, but I highly doubt it will.
