Question Computer crashes/freezes if I don't move the mouse constantly.

Hi guys, I need a little help here. My computer crashes if I leave it alone without touching it for a few minutes on start up, sometimes it's a random solid color or black, sometimes it just stops sending a signal to the monitor. Somehow, it doesn't crash when I keep moving the mouse. I've done some googling, it might have been a hard drive problem, so I monitored its activity on startup. It stays at 100% for a few minutes, then normalizes to 0% on idle. I've yet to test if it freezes once it gets past that. I'll add a reply if it happens or not.

Specs(if it helps):
OS: Windows 10 Home, 64-bit
CPU: i5-7400 @ 3.00 GHz
Mobo: h110m-h
GPU: GT-710
RAM: 4 GB

Edit: So I've left it for about an hour and it seems it hasn't crashed or anything.

Not yet, I'll give it a shot. Unfortunately can't do it right now, so I'll post an update once I do try it. It doesn't restart if I leave it alone though, it just straight up crashes.
