Question Computer crashes/freezes with out of pages

Hello, i have a Lenovo ideapad 310 with a i3-6100u.
For some month now it had an issue:
It got high amounts of Modified Memory on the resource monitor and crashes sometimes with a out of pages bluescreen. I have 8gb ram on it an windows manages the pagefile.

I tried to reinstall windows this did not help i have still the same issue.

Has anyone an idea of what is the cause and what to do about it.

I hoped someone can confirm my idea:

I have a little the feeling that the mainboard is slowly going down.
The model does not really look reliable.
I think the modified memory is caused by a driver that tries to communicate with a device on the mainboard but since the device is not working properly the driver malfunction too.

Can someone tell me if that kind of issue can come from a hardware failure?
