Computer Crashes help

I just recently built this computer and i have a freezing issue i cant figure out. it happens all the time weather i'm playing games or not it will just freeze and i have too hard restart.

Pc Specs; Asus saber tooth
2 gtx 560s sli
650w power source
liquid cooler corsair 100i
Windows 10 enterprise 64 bit

Any idea at a total loss

Your psu is not adequate, for the job. Just make sure you get a quality tier 1 or 2 unit. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

A second card requires you to add another ~175 Watts. You need a 700+ Watt power supply unit if you use it in a high-end system (800+ to a KiloWatt is recommended if you plan on any overclocking).
