Computer crashes nearly every time I start playing

So recently, within the past two months or so, my computer has been crashing nearly every day when I game/record. I have tried almost everything that I can think of to try and solve the problem, but nothing seems to work. I dissassembled my entire computer, cleaned all of the hardware, and put it all back together. I have uninstalled and re-installed Windows 8.1. I have uninstalled and then re-installed the drivers for most everything. I have gone through my programs and deleted any clutter or unneeded programs. And finally, when I play, I try to have that game, my recording software(OBS), and skype or teamspeak be the only programs running. my only thought is that my CPU could be overheating, and that may be causing the crashes. I have been running a cpu temperature monitor (Core Temp), and it has been giving me readings upwards of 60-70 degrees Centigrade about the time that the screen freezes.

Inside, I have an AMD FX8350 (Stock fan), an Asus Sabretooth 990FX, 8GB of Corsair DDR3 RAM, a Corsair HX750, and an EVGA 660.

I am willing to give any additional information you might need, and thanks for checking this out!

After installing a new Geforce driver , some older games refuse to run and require NVidia Physx Legacy driver . If all games refuse to start - re-install Physx drivers . Also from NVidia Control Panel , might try - Let the 3D application decide . Of course check for overheating and scan for viruses .
