Sometimes when I play games, mostly steam games, like Dota 2, CS:GO, and every so often Fallout 4. My computer freezes and I have to hard restart it. I have run a stress test using AIDA 64 for like 10 hours and it didnt crash and everything seemed normal. Its not OC or anything, so I dont know what the issue is. If someone could shed some light on the situation I just bought this PC and built it myself.

Specs:
Asus Z170-A
Intel i7 Skylake 6700k
Crucial Ballistix Sport 16gb Kit
Asus GTX970 Strix OC
Samsung 850 EVO 250gb SSD
EVGA 500B

Running windows 10 64-bit

HELP PLEASE I dont know why its messing up

My guess is that the game is reaching for corrupted memory and its causing the crash. You will need to run a memtest overnight. If there are any errors thats a problem.

OK I checked my temps.
CPU- is around 63
GPU- around 53-60
and when I did a mem test they detected no errors.
I thought it might have been my PSU but I just swapped it out with a corsair 850w

this is what my event viewer says:
1. Warning- The driver \Driver\LGBusEnum failed to load for the device Root\SYSTEM\0001.
2. Critical- The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
3. Error- The previous system shutdown at 4:34:01 PM on ‎1/‎17/‎2016 was unexpected.
4. Error- The Logitech CPU Core Tempurature service failed to start due to the following error:
Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.

These are the errors that appeared in my event viewer.

I tried disabling the driver signatures in my bios but I can't find where it's at in there.

I have a Logitech c920 webcam
And I just got a Logitech g710 keyboard and the freezes happened before the keyboard. idk how my webcam would make my comp freeze the game doesn't use it

I just disabled my driver enforcer and it still froze, there are no errors coming up in the system event log but there are some in the application log. Would something in the application log cause my whole computer to freeze up?

here are some of the errors in the application file.
Error: Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

Error: Failed extract of third-party root list from auto update cab at: <http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/authrootstl.cab> with error: A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.

I'm having a similar problem with a similar build. What monitor are you using? Is there any chance it has gsync?

Also what mouse do you have?

Thanks.

I don't use a gsync monitor, and I have a perrix mx2000ii mouse. It's a German made mouse, I doubt that's it though I am having suspicions that it may be my ssd but I still don't know every so often I get a blue screen pfn_list error too
