Question Computer Crashes on every game

Good Afternoon, i am experiencing problems with Every game that i play i usually end up crashing from the game and sent back to my desktop i have tried the following.
- Factory reset
-Downgraded windows
-installed latest graphics & windows updates or drivers.
-downgraded a previous version of graphics driver
-looked up dxdiag,and currently running directx at latest version (12)
-uninstalled DirectX and reinstalled it.
-Command Prompt (sfc/scannow) {no corrupt files}
-Command Prompt (DISM.exe/online/cleanup-image/restorehealth
-lowered the graphics quality of all games
Everything has ended up with me crashing the game.
if there is any guidance to resolve this problem i would definitely appreciate it, any help would be gratefully accepted just wanna get back to playing games.

Please post your entire system spec including PSU make and model.
Is it always just a crash to desktop?
Do you have latest BIOS installed?
Are you updating all drivers directly from the manufacturer and not using a driver updater app?

> CPU - Intel Core i5-9600K 6-Core 3.7 GHz

> POWER SUPPLY - Seasonic Focus Plus 750W Gold

> RAM - Team T-FORCE Delta RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3000MHz

> SSD - Samsung 860 EVO 250GB I have the latest BIOS installed - I am installing everything from the manufacture. And yes it freezes in game then takes me to desktop except for mo - sorry for late reply the email was in spam.
